Why this exists
Teraiso exists because of a pattern that repeated at every company I worked in.
The hiring that mattered most, the first product manager, the design lead, the engineer who would set the bar for everyone hired after them, was the hiring that got the least care. It went to whichever agency had capacity, and the brief was a job spec nobody had read twice.
Meanwhile the work that actually produced good hires, sitting with the team, learning what they were building, understanding why the last person in that seat left, was work no external partner was ever paid to do.
So that's what we sell. The embedded model isn't a new idea, consultancies have worked this way for decades. Applying it to hiring product, engineering and design teams, at the size where those hires still change the company, is the whole business.
Who
Eleven years in talent, most of it in-house.
Teams that were still finding their first product hire, and a 500-person product and tech org inside a 5,000-person company that went public (talabat, part of Delivery Hero). Seeing both ends of that range means knowing what breaks at each stage, and roughly when.

We picked it because most of this job is making things visible: what a team actually needs, what a candidate actually did, and what the market actually looks like when you stop guessing.
