What we do with what you send us.
Short version: we keep it, we read it, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
Who holds your data

What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. There are two:
- Hiring enquiry: name, company, work email, what you're hiring for, how many roles.
- Talent network: name, current role, current company, where you are, where you'd move, what would make you move, and a LinkedIn URL if you give one.
We don't run advertising trackers, we don't use cookies for analytics, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which passes the message through and does not keep a copy for its own use. From there it sits in our email and our own records.
What we do with it
Hiring enquiries: we reply, and we use what you told us to prepare for the call.
Talent network: a person reads it, and we come back to you when a role exists that matches what you said would move you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send job alerts.
We never send your details to a company without asking you first, on each occasion. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, and we'll do it and confirm when it's done.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email hello@teraiso.com and it goes to the person who can action it.
If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date below changes with it.
