For talent

Not looking, but curious.

Most of the people we place weren't applying to anything. If you're senior in product, engineering or design and you'd move for the right thing, tell us what that is. We'll come to you when it exists.

How this works

Three promises, and we keep all three.

A person reads it

Not a filter, not a parser. Every profile that comes through this form is read by someone who could describe your career back to you.

No CV dump

You aren't going into a database that emails you a warehouse role in eight months. We hold what you send, and we come back when there's a specific thing worth your time.

No contact until there's something real

No job alerts, no newsletters, no "just checking in". If we message you, it's because a role exists that we think you'd actually take.

Scope

What we hire for.

Functions

Product Engineering Design

Levels

Senior Staff and principal Director and above Founding team

Regions

Europe MENA Southeast Asia Remote across all three

Companies from founding teams through to listed ones, product-led, at the stage where the hire still changes the team.

After you sign up

What happens next.

01 we read it

All of them, properly.

If something is unclear or interesting we'll ask, and that's a conversation rather than a screening call.

02 we hold it

The part you wrote about what would move you is the part we use.

It's why the first thing we send you isn't a generic role.

03 we come to you

When something fits.

That might be next month, it might be next year. When it happens you get the full picture up front: team, comp band, why the role is open, and what the risk is.

Join

Tell us what would make you move.

We read every one of these. Your details go no further than us unless you tell us to introduce you somewhere.

How we handle what you send: privacy.

Be specific. "More scope" tells us nothing. "I want to own pricing and I don't want to manage more than eight people" tells us everything.

Already interviewing with us

What to expect.

You'll know who the company is before the first call. You'll get the comp band before you're asked to put in real time. You'll get feedback either way, and it will be specific enough to be useful.

If we pass, we'll tell you why. If they pass, we'll tell you what they said, as far as we're allowed to.
